Unable to log into support.docker.com

Error when logging into success.docker.com/support with Docker ID:

Oops! It looks like there was an issue authenticating you to the Docker Support Site:
REGISTRATION_HANDLER_ERROR: User is not set active or profile is not Docker Customer Community Plus.
If you are a Docker EE subscriber please use the Customer Service form below to report this issue so that we can help resolve it.


You must be a paid subscriber to Docker Enterprise Edition (Docker EE, or EE) to use the Docker Support Portal. If you do not have a paid subscription, and you've been previously enabled and have logged in to the support portal, some steps to take are listed below.

If you have paid for Docker Hub repositories, or are a user of Docker Community Edition or other open source Docker software, you will not be able to use the Docker Support Portal. These types of users should use the Docker Customer Service Form, which is in the lower right hand corner of the page.

For paid Docker EE subscribers, please try the following:

  1. Clear your cache.
  2. Open a private window in a different browser.
  3. Attempt to log into success.docker.com/support with your Docker ID.
